Home Delivery
Orders are delivered anywhere in Romania via Sameday Courier and FAN Courier. Shipments are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days for Bucharest and Ilfov and 2–5 business days for the rest of the country. During exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events), deliveries may be delayed.
Locker Delivery
You can choose delivery to a Sameday Easybox or FANbox locker and collect your parcel 24/7 from the locker selected during checkout. For Easybox, the collection period varies between 36 and 72 hours, depending on the delivery day, with the option to extend the pickup period through the Sameday app. For FANbox, the standard collection period is 48 hours. Uncollected parcels are automatically returned, and any amounts paid online will be refunded according to the courier's policy. Returns cannot be made through FANbox lockers.

- Verify your email - You’ll receive an OTP (one-time code) by email - enter it on the website to confirm your account.
