How to apply the plumping lip gloss: Apply directly onto the lips using the flocked-tip applicator, starting in the centre and blending outwards. Reapply throughout the day to intensify the shine and plumping effect. How do you create a lip combo with the lip gloss? Prepare your lips by exfoliating and moisturising them. Then outline your lips with a lip pencil, blending inwards to create depth, before applying your lip gloss. Choose a tone-on-tone lip combo for a natural effect or a slightly darker lip pencil for extra definition and volume. Can you use the lip gloss over lipstick? Yes, you can apply the lip gloss over your lipstick for extra shine and volume. Apply a small amount, focusing on the centre of the lips, to create a fuller look and prevent smudging. Remember that if you apply it over a matte lipstick, it may reduce its hold.
